21st Century Cafe Group. My style. My fashion.

21st Century Cafe Group. My lifestyle. My cafe.

With a healthy body, we need to select clothes that reflect our spirit or temperament and more importantly our style.

So, what do we look for in clothes ? Some useful tips as below:
1) Do not confuse style with fashion.
When a certain range of clothes come into fashion, everyone who wears it is fashionable. But it rarely confers style for everyone.

2) Do not imagine that time governs style.
Time only governs fashion. Look at some old portraits and unless you know the time period, you would not know if the wearer's clothes are fashionable but you can tell if they had style then.

3) Choose some clothes that are not in fashion.
Clothes that are in fashion in one year are often out the next. But there are some clothes that are distinctive and independent and may be suited to the wearers' style year after year.

4) Be selective of the tried and true.
Good serviceable clothes may become dull and ineffectual when used too often in the same way. Avoid the tried and true clothes in your entire wardrobe.

5) Remember that style is an increment in your dressing.
When we say a writer's got style, we do not mean his command of English. When we say the wearer's got style, we also do not just mean we like the cutting of the clothes.

6) Never sacrifice comfort to style.
Clothes that make you fidget cannot be worn with style.

7) Dress in a way that comes naturally.
Do not be afraid to experiment and find the style that fits you. Every well-dressed person, by the style the wearer selects, reveals something about the wearer's personality and individuality.

Hope the above helps your style and your fashion in clothes.
